I had no clue what to expect-I suppose I thought I could well be purchasing something akin to uncut bacon. Completely wrong! A great deal of tastier, a beautiful blend of the best pork flavor Along with the versatility of bacon. I mixed a five spice blend and roasted it-tasted the same as my preferred pork in pork fried rice. Mouth watering!Folks a
